Small anchor size, 360° FormFit™ Fixation, and innovative instrumentation help achieve optimal and secure anchor placement. Efficient delivery is provided by cleatless suture release technology that eliminates the need to uncleat sutures after implanting the anchor.

Closer Proximity, Stronger Repairs

With extremely small 1.3mm footprint options, Y-Knot® Flex allows multiple points of fixation in closer proximity, which may help lead to a stronger repair. In addition, surgeons have increased flexibility in anchor placement when bone surface area is limited, and maintain options if revision surgery becomes necessary.

And it's not just about the anchor. Innovative instrumentation provides minimally invasive entry. The slim, flexible shaft is designed to navigate around curves and fit down a narrow percutaneous guide that requires smaller skin incisions.

Y-Knot® PRO RC is available with:

Hi-Fi® Ribbon

  • 1.3mm wide, flat, tieable tape
  • 2X wider than #2 suture for broader compression and increased tendon-to-bone interface
  • 14% stronger than high-strength USP #2 suture3 with smaller knot stacks4

#2 Hi-Fi® Suture

  • Braided, non-absorbable suture for soft tissue repair that's designed to provide exceptional strength for knot tying while helping minimize tendon damage
  • Over 50% reduced mean cutting rate compared to FiberWire and FiberTape, which were more abrasive on the suture-tendon interface and led to higher tendon tear-through7
