Unique dual mechanical and friction locking mechanisms combine to provide optimal graft fixation.
After initial tensioning of the graft in the femoral tunnel, the Infinity™ Button allows surgeons to lengthen the graft loop and reposition the graft within the tunnels - simply by pulling on the reversible button tab. This feature is ideal for all-inside approaches because of the ability to optimize graft placement between tunnels.
